Their understanding of astrology and the astrologer in our tradition and contemporary culture
Their ability to approach astrological technique critically

Their knowledge of some of the areas of astrology they may want to develop for themselves over time.
We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced instruction, and programs on astrology and culture. You may also decide on a plan based on specific learning objectives.
Schedule a free consultation with Joseph by phone or in person to assess your interests and needs. Joseph will help you develop a plan to meet them. Depending on your location, we will meet in person or by phone to assess your previous learning, needs, and interests. This meeting is free of charge and implies no commitment. Then we will divide your program into general goals and monthly assignments.
The backbone is individual consultations in person or by telephone, once or twice monthly. We will supplement these by case studies and chart analyses (including your own consultation work) and/or short papers on specific topics. Joseph will review all work and give feedback.
Cost is $60 per individual session and $40 per monthly assignment, including feedback.
