Astrological Dream Journey

Who I’d Meet in Heaven: An Astrologically-Informed Dream Journey

Four Wednesday Evenings: July 19, August 2, 9, and 16.

The Arlington Center, 369 Mass Ave in Arlington Mass.

7:30 – 9:30 PM

These are not good days for our appreciation of human nature.  In these darker times, sometimes it’s helpful to study the lives (and astrology) of exemplary people to help us regain perspective. We will examine the lives of exemplary people using astrology – their natal charts for a life portrait and predictive techniques to help us understand important times in their lives.

We will examine the astrology and biographies of some people “I would meet in Heaven”.  This requires that they be deceased and that we have reliable birth times for them. Here is my subjective list: Eleanor Roosevelt, Rachel Carson, George Orwell, Dorothy Day, Nelson Mandela, Hannah Arendt, Dmitri Shostakovich, Pablo Casals, JRR Tolkien, Robert Oppenheimer, Andrei Sakharov, and Akira Kurosawa.  Who would you find in Heaven?

Our astrology will be multi-dimensional. Natal analysis will include contemporary situational and psychological approaches, modern harmonic charts, Hellenistic and medieval techniques, and a dash of Alice Bailey when appropriate.  We will examine pivotal events in their lives using modern and traditional predictive techniques.

This gives astrology students and professionals a large dose of what they love to do most – look at charts of famous people with their astrology friends.  It’s a chance to try out different options for examining a person’s life and astrology.  I expect our discussions to be inspirational and a learning experience for all.
